4 - Outline process for undertaking an initial contact with a child as referenced in Achieving Best Evidence
5- Understand your role in the gathering of evidence
6 - Examine the different types of questions and use appropriate questioning techniques
7 - Understand the role of the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC)
8 - Understand the required planning and preparation for an initial contact with a child
9 - Demonstrate effective decision making showing transparent reasoning
10 - Describe the procedure for carrying out the forensic examination of children
